Periods blood
For a few months now I am having very low blood flow during my periods. It's usually flow for 3 days with 28 to 30 days cycle. What should I do. I am active, no alcohol or smoking habit, no medication either.

Light flow with a regular 28 to 30 day cycle isn't unusual on its own. It can happen with hormone shifts, weight changes, or stress even without any other symptoms.
Next Steps
A hormone panel, thyroid check, and pelvic ultrasound will help your gynaecologist see what's changed.
Health Tips
If your flow drops further or periods start skipping, please get it checked without waiting.
