Pregnancy test advice
My period was expected on 18 September, but I have not got my period yet. I would like to check whether I should take a pregnancy test or consult you. Please advise me on the next steps.

A missed period over a week past your expected date is a good reason to check for pregnancy now. A home urine pregnancy test using your first morning urine is accurate at this stage.
Next Steps
If the test is positive, book a gynaecology consult to confirm and plan your first scan. If it's negative and your period still doesn't start in a few days, please get a blood test done.
