Can I use hifenac p during periods ?
I am getting fever,body pains, cold ,cough and headache,dizziness during my periods. Is it a normal sign or do I need to consult a doctor ? If it is normal,Can I use hifenac -p tablet to recover during periods ?? Thanks in advance
