I am 23 weeks pregnant and have extreme cough and cold since few days, I am using home remedies to reduce the effect. Is having a lot of cold and coughing too much harmful for the unborn baby ?

Fever is more problematic, cough and cold usually do not cause any harm. Take rest lots of fluids and steam inhalation .
