Can I take nexito plus and nexito 5 instead of nexito 10 and clonazepam 0.5 . Any problem taking like that ? Currently iam taking nexito 10 and clonazepam separately .

My mind is not ready to accept that. It's haunting. I used to fight with my husband regarding this. But I love my husband. He is my everything. I cannot live without him. He too loves me. I begged several times to stop this. But is not willing to stop. I'm not able to manage my mind. I have a lot of negative thoughts in my mind. Sometimes I felt, I became mad. Sometimes I think, just ignore that and live happily with him. But my mind is not under my control. I don't know what to do. Please help.

I was prescribed Methylphenidate extended release last month for ADHD. After my 9th dose, I started feeling extremely anxious PHYSICALLY. I haven't taken my medication in almost 3 weeks and I still get panic attacks nearly every night and during the day, I have very uncomfortable heart palpitations and vibrations all over my body. It feels like I'm sitting in a still car with the engine on. I'm doing yoga and I'm taking magnesium supplements but nothing works. (Note: My physical anxiety symptoms trigger my mental anxiety and not vice versa). I don't think about anything that would make me anxious but my body still feels so uncomfortable. Is there a solution to this impending doom or will I have to live this way for the rest of my life?? Please help! I don't know how much more of this I can take

Since last 6/5 months I've been suffering this...There is always a fear inside me but I doesn't even know the reason. My heart beat become so fast and I can't concentrate anything. In a day most of the time it happens to me and after that I become very unstable...and can't eat, can't breathe properly , can't talk to anyone in a proper way.Can you plese help me out to overcome this.

Sir m suffering from Ibs since 5 years...still not feeling well... Visited many gastroenterologist but not getting any positive results... Doctors saying IBS is related to ur mind & gastro co-ordination...so plz suggeste me the solution..sir

Initially everything was good but suddenly she has got this very weird behaviour. So anytime she sees something on tv and she liked the character then she would go to her room and put on the music and act like the character and talks like as if she is talking to someone right in front of her. And it has affected her studies coz she has to do this at least for an hr a day. And the most weird part is she is completely aware of what she is doing but she couldn't control it. So it is starting to affect her education. What could it be?

I tend to forget events that happened like forgot minute things also like if I had food or not. I had a childhood trauma. I want to forget that but time n again I keep having flashbacks of it. Other than it Im not able to remember things for long time. I get out of my relation in 1 sec like i don't love him then after some days im normal again n remember that i love him so much. I have migraine also but i dont take any medocine gor it. What to do?

Sir when i feel my palms and soles of feet are dry then i get nervous and anxious and palms and feet get sweaty at that momment only...and because this my palms and feet are always sweaty except while sleeping or realxing by meditation
