Somewher after sundown and sunrise i feel sad.. I am an active gal, i advice people, I have counseled many.. I know to keep myself physically n mentally fit n fine... But now am not able to do anything, nothing is in my control...please show me a path..

Is anxiety and depression is same.I am confuse? Is this possible that someone has been recovered from depression after treatment but still have anxiety...

I taken fluoxetine 20 from around 3 week .my suicidal thoughts gon .but anxiety still remain .I am confusing this tablet not working me please say sir /medam

Iam taking morning dose of nexito it cause increased anxiety on that day , fatigue , low energy . I tried to take it on night but it affect sleep . Is the  problems caused by morning dose faded over time or need to shift the whole nexito 10 mg to night with sleep aid medicine ?

Sir i went to Psychiatrist and told him that I have short-term memory loss.I think I am developing Alzheimer.I had negative thinking.I had no interest in enjoying thing like listening a joke, watching a television,or even playing a game on phone.Some time later I saw that I am not able to recall that what happened around me before 5 min.My episodic memory was becoming worst... So my psychiatrist first made diagnosis of depression so treatment was Fluvoxamine 50 1-0-1 and amoxapine 25 0-0-1.Within one  week I got recovered 30%.And now I was able to do daily tasks like bathing, watching television , playing game.But after one year of treatment I left this treatment because of my long term memory issues.my short term memory was ok now but I experience that my long term memory is not good Now second time my psychiatrist made diagnosis of OCD on prescription  and give me Fluvoxamine 50 1-0-1 and clomipramine 12.5 mg 0-0-1.Now I was feelings 10 time better than before.So what was my problem

I have been taking Paxil cr 37.5 mg for last 3 months but my ibs is not decreased. My doctor says Paxil will help in ibs but it is making me more bloated..help

My psychiatrist prescribe Fluvoxamine 50  1-0-1 And fluoxetine 10 0-0-1 and clonazepam .25 0-0-1 Can I take two ssri at same time? Is this good combination???

I am a thin person ,I am taking olanzapine 2.5 mg , Is there any way to counter olanzapine induced abdominal obesity ? I am ok with weight gain but abdominal obesity is problematic , can exercise reduce it ?

I have been unable to sleep before 3-4 am, even if I just lay on bed. I usually go to bed at 11-12 but find it very difficult to fall asleep and keep feeling anxious and randomly start sweating. Going on for about 3-4 weeks now.

My friend is diagnosed bipolar II, given arip 10 mg, and 0.25 mg. She was on 5 mg Arip since dec last year. Towards end FEB, she started saying she is feeling depressed on consultation she was given arip,5mg and topaz. Within weeks she started feeling very uneasy, irritated, anxious, topaz was then substituted by etilaam. Now it's few weeks, she is anxious due to fear of abandonment, completely unfounded. Was wondering etilaam would have helped her calm down, not sure if it is going..appreciate some guidance. .
