I've really been struggling to overcome depression since last year. I'm.not able to control my anger, my BP raises is always around 150/100, my doc says it's due to the panic attacks I've been getting. I'm seriously fed up with my life. I cannot eat I cannot sleep. When ever I sleep even the smallest of sounds wake me up with fear. I start to shiver, pulpitations increased as well. Also I've been getting very horrifying dreams of late. I'm not able to have a sound peaceful sleep. My mind is just restless. I'm on melzap, lobazam  and mirtaz currently. Please suggest something. Also I do make very small cuts just to relieve myself. I'm not sure if that's an issue as well. I'm not brave enough to kill myself, but then I'm not that weak to not use any knife to make very small cuts as well. Whenever I see tabs like melzap restyl I just feel like taking them all, but I never do that.

From your description you seem to be very distressed by your symptoms which are suggestive of moderate depression with panic attacks. Have you been taking your prescribed medications regularly or not ? Have you been misusing drugs or alcohol? Or you on medication for any physical health issues? When did you last consult your psychiatrist for medication review? Please elaborate on doses of medication. Does current medications give relief for Short period time or not? You seem to be self harming is it a new occurrence or have you been self harming for a while? Did you attend psychotherapy in the past

You still have depression and anxiety. You need to contact a Psychiatrist immediately. It is possible to get relief with treatment. Cutting / slashing is commonly seen with certain personality traits. It is important to look at why you have not improved with treatment . Are your personality traits the reason for persistent symptoms? Need to assess you for all that .
