Hello doctor. I am 30 now. I was suffered by this problem from 2011. I thought god is helping me by people ( relatives or unknown persons). So that I started to talk with them. And also I imagined myself as a god and give advice to others.This is continuing still now. But now I am normal by taking medicines  Over talking, over thinking, sleeplessness. These are the symptoms. I took medication and recovered. After that I got married at 2012. Again I got this . I have one daughter aged 7. Now planning for second baby. But still now I believe god is helping me by people. I can't overcome from this thought. So again and again I getting to that psychiatric problem. Please help me to recover from this.

I have undergone gallbladdwr surgwry as well ercp to remove cbd obstruction due to gb stone .My alt and ast has went down to 28and 32 but ratio is 1.14 which is morw than 1.Can this be any problem ?

I have both anxiety and depresion . If I taken ECT treatment both anxiety and depresion lift or only depression lift or anxiety is remain

I feel stressed most of the time, didn't want to do anything just wanted to lie down on bed in dark, feeling like crying all of sudden, and i feel useless like m not worthy of anything nd wishes to die anyhow. Since her chilhood she gets angry very quickly without any reason and remain frustrated all time.she remain upset for no reason on small events then she accumulate these events for 5-10 days and then she becomes loud and aggressive , quarrel with each one in family .after all her frustration  being talked out  she become normal. this has been the pattern since her childhood. When someone extent to console her then she gets more aggressive. So,eventually she become hermetic and have no cordial relationships with any one family.i want to know what kind of mental condition she going through does she need treatment?

My life partner got diagnosed with schizophrenia, Now I am very concerned about my future ,can I lead to normal life with my wife. It is not curable as per as internet and dr. Told me that life long medication can lead almost normal life. My family and friends are advising me to get divorced as I can be in trouble for entire life. My question is at what extent it is curable and if not gets curable then what could be the worst version of this Should.i get divorced or can I lead normal life with it.
