I have been struggling with sore throat, reactive lymph nodes , indigestion , heartburning , breathlessness , arrhythmic heart sometimes for an year now and every doctor i consult for the problems individually tend to connect these things with my anxiety problem..i have anxiety issues and seizures for more than 7-8 years and i took medicines for the same for first 3 years but abandoned later one.

Since last few days whenever I go to sleep I have these very random thoughts in my head due to which I am not able to sleep. So if any of you can suggest something

Repeating things again if any bad thought about anyone in family strikes in mind, he does one thing over and over for numerous times, small to big for example in using mobile, eating, picking anything. Also have fear of beginning anything any new game or new thing because. Low confidene. Huge fear of losing family. Not able to study. Issues with Numbers like 13 number. These days this repeatation is too much and almost whole day.

Hi, I have anger issues which is highly increasing with time. I even break whatever things I get. I want to be normal. Please help.

Hi doctor, I suffer from severe anxiety in workplace which is causing huge discomfort in personal life. I am a management professional and my work requires alot of demo and presentation. I am comfortable when speaking to some people but when I am asked to present in front of large group, I get so nervous to the point that my mind goes blank and I do stupid things. It is stopping my career growth as well. I need help urgently. Thank you in advance.

I have been diagnosed with OCD three yrs ago and I'm taking Allopathic medicine since then. After 2 yrs of taking Allopathic when I found it to be of no use and it is worsening my condition I started Ayurvedic medicine. I took Ayurvedic medicine for 6 months and 1 yr ago I left taking any medicine. I was facing issues of persistent checking and some songs were being played in my head repeatedly. I get exhausted trying to stop those songs. However, my checking issue is resolved but I am still facing issues with some songs or music getting stuck in my head and playing every time. Whenever these songs start playing in my mind I get frustrated and my thinking capability get reduced. Moreover whenever I try to concentrate on my studies my head gets heavy just after the songs start playing in my head and I can't think and can't talk to anyone. I always get confused. Respected doctors suggest me what should I do. I don't want to resort to Allopathic medicine. Shd I go for Homeopath or Ayrved?

I have thoughts about cleanliness and  concerned about hygiene .I have anxiety , nervousness,pain in body headache ,legs pain ,pain in arms,back and neck pain I am having too much hairfall.

My father suffering from mentally upset getting angry on his son always on old problem...scolding each n everyone right now what happened he ll forget come to Dr also he won't ready to come any remedy pls suggest...

It seems I am suffering from anxiety ..I have a fear of death that is becoming tooo much every day..if i read about some diseases it seems it is inside me ...i keep googling my symtoms. I went to hoapital to get my uric acid .glucose and RBC and CBC test to rule out covid and other infection ...even had antibody igg covid test... My urge to google does not stop i keep on googling my symptoms and whole day i keep on checking my oxygen level and temperature

I am 21 years old and I can see most of the time my body get heat up without any reason...I am facing lot of anger issues...sometimes I have some mental confusion...sometimes I feel someone stays inside me...and I also feel lot of negativity around me...and I am not easily get satisfied with anything...and also facing problem of OCD...please tell me what is happening with me and what I have to do.
