I am mentally depressed and anxious all the time because of the mental trauma given by my husband and his family. What should i do

Sir why high doses 80 mg/day of fluoxetine did not cure my OCD and depression but low dose of Fluvoxamine 100 md /day rapidely cured  my ocd in 10 days... Why Did fluoxetine not give better response in OCD while give better response in depression???

Sir my OCD and severe depression is cured by 100mg Fluvoxamine daily, but this is expensive medicine for me 17rs per 50 mg tab??? Can I shift to Flunil 60 mg??? Because it is less costly? Will high doses of fluoxetine 60mg/day will be equivalent to low doses of Fluvoxamine 100 mg/day to solve problem of money???

My mother has mental illness. she hearing some unpleasant voice. She supposed that any one controlling me by camera . She is doubting Neighbor. And she is not ready for medicine. Please tell me how can I take to doctor her . Also my mom is living alon at home . Tv is off .

Hello sir I don't want to take medicine. Please suggest some tips to overcome strange body symptoms, hypersensitive of body pain, chronic headache. I have feel strange pop of sensation in the middle of chest when I walk. Please suggest some tips or exercise or yoga exercises. Please your advice save my life. I have reoccurring eposide of anxiety and panic attack. Sir I am on Psyvoxin 50 1-0-1 and Syconil 12.5 clomipramine 0-0-1 ... Now this time I am in another state where these brands are unavailable. So I continue fluvoxin 50 and clofranil 12.5 but I didn't get same effect due to bioavailability of drug. Should I have to increase dose of fluvoxin 50. What will the correct dose of fluvoxin 50

I am Vishakha from Udaipur. I got married in 2018 and today I have a baby boy. Initially I faced problems in my marriage. Today everything is alright but as today I am a housewife I want to work , study . But today's situation is completely different from what I want.my husband due to his job remains on ship for 8 9 months. He also sometimes don't understand me but sometimes he knows that I am upset but he says can't do anything. I cry often . Sometimes I think of the past days also that were really worst after my marriage as I suffered from emotional physical mental abuse. Kindly help. I think I am in depression, feels anxious because I feel like numb . I am just alive because of my child otherwise there is no reason which elates me. I think no one needs me.

Hello doc I am having 6 months baby.first time mother.38 yrs old.in the month of nov.i had some of uneasiness after eating chicken . thinking that I may become poision what will happen to me.after that uneasiness I went to hospital..ecg taken ..doc sais it is normal Nothing to get worried..I was asking to doctor am I die.bz oc that uneasiness..??like similarly I keep to rushing to hospital..with some symptoms like giddness etc..some sort of fear.. abdominal uneasiness. Dry mouth... dizziness... finally ask me to go to psychiatrist..I went to see.he put me on anti anxiety..and antidepressant..I took for 1 week..and stopped it.since o am feeding..I can't feed my baby on time. Now no uneasiness..some times I feel dizziness.. pinning and needling sensation all over body.now 24/7 fear of life..fer of death..all the time.any death news.my tummy become uneasiness..lot of unwanted images..I don't want to do..am really having a psychiatric problem or medical issue I don't know..??
