Age -22, Female, Currently taking homeopathy medecine for PCOD & Abcess. Also taking Multi Vitamin. And Vitamin C Table. Occupation :- Student. I have been feeling very low & have been crying over every little things. Even every little negative behaviour or attitude by people is hurting me a lott. I am unable to concentrate on my studies. I can't recall previously learnt lessons or chapters. I am forgetting things very often. Feeling tired throughout the day without doing any work. I don't feel good all day or most of the times. Reacting on my family members, relationships are hampering. Family members are misunderstanding coz i am unable to convey them my situation. I can't tell my family about what i am presently going through coz my family may get hurt if they realise i am suffering from depression or mental health at such young age. Please help & suggest me some tonic or vitamins or something which i can easily take without and tests or letting my family know. Please help.

I have been lying about a lot of things lately. Maybe because I'm realizing it now. This part started when I was in class 6th when I lied about my marks to everyone. I was subject to racial abuse and only way I could earn people's respect was by being or telling them that I am academically ahead of them. I slowly started making false stories, pitted people against each other because these people hurted me. But now in college I have my friends who care about me a lot and when I look back to how I lied after entering college it doesn't even make any sense. This self realization is hurting a lot. I really hurt the people I care about. I'm glad my friends are willing to give a chance to me to improve but I don't know what triggers these unnecessary lies is it a habit or mythomania I dont know but what i know is that personally I'm fed up with myself and lies that I have told over past few years and I want to improve myself. I would appreciate tips and suggestions.

It's about my sister She is feeling sad and crying. She is thinking that she is going to be mad. Doing toilet on the bed but she didn't realise it. She is behaving like a child. While crying she is having breathing issues. As far as I study she had a break up in her relationship recently.

Hi i have anxiety issues. My psychiatrist have prescribed me cipralex 10 mg daily after breakfast. I am taking this medicine from last 4 months. Tomorrow i am scheduled to get covaxin. Is it safe to get vaccination and then still continue the medicine ???

Psychiatrist prescribed me nexito for depression , anxiety and panic . Initially 5 mg then 7.5 and now 10 mg . But whenever I increase the dose i feel back pain , left hand pain , rib pain all occurred , pain extended to fingers also when dose reduced it goes away Why nexito cause this ? Any problem I take it ignoring these pain ?
