Can't Think,Talk & Concentrate properly.
I am facing issues concentrating on one thing. The moment I try to get my focus on one thing my head gets heavy and I feel I cannot concentrate. Moreover sometimes my attention goes to other things while I try to concentrate on a thing. When I try to focus on a thing it feels that at that particular moment I can't talk to other people if someone asks me something at that moment as I feel my head got heavy. Moreover some songs or music keep playing inside my head which I feel is the reason my head gets heavy. Whenever my head gets heavy my thinking ability is reduced and I am unable to think properly. Plz suugest me whatever you feel is going to cure me. All your suggestions are essential. Thank You.🙏🙏

People get irritated
Hi,
People seem to be irritated by me when I talk to them. Friends usually like me first, then start disliking to talk to me. I have a sensitive character. I don't enjoy making fun of me, because I never make fun of others. I think I'm too humble. I don't demand respect by nature.
How can I make people like me. Talk less?

Urge to take deep breath or sigh
Hi there,
I am little bit worried about my breathing pattern as i urge to take deep breathe or sigh in every 1 minute as at times i feel that i am not getting the satisfied air so i do it.
It has become a habit now you can say.. When I take deep breathe then I got relaxed.
I dont do it while sleeping if I am feeling sleep or I am buzy in some work then I forget about it but when I pay attention to it I started realising that i need to take a deep breathe now or I will suffocate.. and I also get out of breathe when i do some physical activity like climbing stairs.. I take 10 mins atleast to relax after that.. I also got an xray done to check whether there is any issue with my lungs or something like that but it was normal.. Doctor please tell is there anything for which i need to worry about my health or its because of anxiety?
