What medicine to take for frustration, irritation, what medicine to take for keeping mind cool ? Control anger full.

My My brother was school owner but from last  his school was closed and no earning, so he is in depression. Sometimes after drinking he becomes very disturbed and quarrel with his wife and parents . Kindly look to help him

So unknowingly I took weed. While coming back to my home I was riding my motorcycle and suddenly felt like everything is unrealistic. I felt like I am dead. I am seeing my past in front of my eyes. This incident took place 6-7 months ago and slowly slowly I started feeling like above mentioned problem everyday. I feel like I have become emotionless. Everytime feeling drowsy. No mood swings. sometimes I feel like I am dead and whatever is  happening is totally unrealistic. Please help doctors

I have been prescribed Relicalm Cd 3 times a day for severe anxiety and panic and social phobia. I want to know is it safe for long term use? I have already been using it for 4 months.

Everything seems to be unrealistic. I feel very drowsy during daytime. Sometimes it seems that I am dead. It seems that I have become emotionless. I don't feel like doing anything. Always want to sleep. Sometimes I become very ambitious and most of the time hopeless. My energy level is decreasing day by day. Sometimes it feels like I am having eyesight proplem and suddenly world seems to be unreal for me.

Hi Doc, After a long use of medication, escitalopram 10 and sos clonazepam 0.25. Last month i decide not to take medicine anymore. Its been a month and a more i quit a med. Sincelast three days im suffering from panic attack, chest burn, fatigue and headaceand most fearful im feeling everything strange, even i found strange to my own voice, feeling detached to normal things,  when i lay down and closed eyes i feel like  some one is gossiping around my head which give me intense fear and makes me more anxious also fear of losing control. I consult with my doc,through mail he replied as my medicine intake is not related with the ongoing problem Its the withdrawal effect and advice me not to restart med again till withdrawal effect settle. I dnt knw what to o now??

I am taking 1 fludac 20 in one day since last 20 years now I want to discontinue is it possible ? There are many side effects of this medicine my health is very good but due to fear I am continuing kindly advice.

Hi I am having trouble to focus on any task ,felling restless all the time, unable to sleep during night and during daytime i fell low energy.Also i have random thoughts all the time and procrastinate a lot. This condition is from almost 9 years it effected my studies,dropped out of my college. I left my job last year. Earlier I consulted with psychiatrist multiple times but it didn't helped me. I am getting a good job opportunity but unable to focus on my studies for the interview.
