How psychiatric medicines work, Are these medicines steroid of the brain? Just like when steroid is given, person feels cured, and when stopped, sickness returns

I am a patient of schizophrenia and using clozapine 50 mg twice but it causes excessive weight gain what can I do to reduce my weight

I dont know how to describe my conditions my mood swings are pretty random and to an extent where in a moment im crying and then other moment Im super angry and frustrated. I feel lonely and anxious most of the times like a void in my stomach and thats when i start thinking evil things
