Advise regarding the dosage

Hi, I'm taking antidepressants for 5 years. I was taking Nexito20 and deveniz100. Now the dosage is Nexito25 and Desvenlafaxine200. I'm feeling better in this dose, can I continue it till I need to, even for long term? If it's high then I will take desvenla150 but lower than that will cause problem. Help

Laziness and low energy

My energy level stays pretty low all the time. I be lazy all the time. That causes me lots of trouble. But nothing is intended but my body language has became dull. Lack of willingness to do something spontaneous seems a huge task for me. People think I m lazy . I know that but I don't intend to do so. It's just that I don't know why I can't do all these stuff. And also how to overcome these issues I'm facing ok a daily basis.

Urgent suggestions - Anxiety and Dep

Going through anxiety and depression for more than a month, my doc has put me on Prodep 40 mg in the morning, and 0.25 mg one tablet petril in the morning and 2 in the night.. last week, since my doc was unavailable, another doc prescribed zolfresh, and reduced the petril to half of 0.25mg in the night.. I was feeling better until last week, from Monday I have nausea feeling, and my anxiety and fear is increased.. I'm back to taking petril 0.25 mg 2 tabs in the night and one in the morning.. and have stopped Zolfresh now.. how to feel normal without nausea feeling and what could be the reason and also why am I feeling symptoms of anxiety like left hand numbness and nausea again??? Plz reply doctors

Borderline Personality Disorder solution

I have tried counselling and medicines. Still think I have issues with my mental health. Not sure what are the reasons or if things could have been with less failures, more support and understanding from family, a life partner etc. Most of the things revolve around money in this world and nothing different in my case, people change and I think better financial condition could have resolved some issues if not all. Recently missed a big opportunity which could have changed my life, don't want to die and still got some energy left to try and improve things. Everyone including mom have changed just because I am struggling with life and couldn't be that ideal son with 9-5 job, one beautiful wife, kids and go out with them to meet all relatives. They don't care about me or my problems and every morning I have to see or hear things that affect my mental health. I don't know if anyone has a solution. Hoping things become better someday.
