Anxiety medication
I have consulted a general physician for anxiety. My upper abdomen feels tight like anxious tight. And I can't sleep at night because of panic attacks sometimes they last more than 2 hours my doctor asked me to continue the same medication my previous psychiatrist had prescribed which is Etilaam 1.5cr and Nexito 10mg both at night. However I asked my previous psychiatrist if I could take Etilaam in the afternoon and Nexito at night he agreed. Now that I consulted a new doctor my issue is Etilaam makes me very drowsy compared to Nexito. So can I take Nexito 10mg during the day and Etilaam at night? Kindly help me out.

Yes, you are right, you can take nexito with lunch and etilaam at bedtime and it will take one to two weeks to control your panic attacks and use beta blocker (prapanolol 20mg) for two weeks if ECG is normal.

consult psychologist for counselling
