Sleeping disorder
I'm seriously suffering from sleeping disorder. Not able to sleep on time even though I keep away my gadgets. Sleeping late at 1 or 2 am and waking up very late.. because of this I feel so stressed to do house shores and kids.. I feel depressed always.. pls suggest a good sleeping table to regulate my sleep.. Need suggestions on Carbamide Forte Melatonin 10mg with Tagara 250mg Sleeping Aid Pills

Hi I see that you are falling asleep very late and waking up late. You have not written whether you wake up in between. I assume you are sleeping continuously after you fall asleep. This kind of sleep disturbance normally is seen when the person is too anxious or stressed. Many I suggest , no matter what time you sleep, wake up early and also at a particular time. This will help you to fall asleep early the next day . Pls do not take day time naps . Kindly read a book at night before going to the bed.
