Hi, I am a PTSD patient last 26 yrs. In the year of 2018 I consulted with doctor and I was advised to intake gabapin 300, alzolam 1mg and many more medicines. I stopped taking those suddenly post 2020 March. After a year now I am again experiencing those attacks .. Pls advice ..

It shows that PTSD symptoms are recurring and you need to be on medication. I would recommend that instead of restarting the same medications, pls have a consultation with a Psychiatrist . If your problem is PTSD , I would recommend different medications Also PTSD has to be dealt with Psychotherapy sessions also.
