Sir my psychiatrist prescribe me Fluvoxamine 50 1-0-1 and clomipramine 12.5 0-0-1 for about one year.I am ok now my OCD had gone. My problem is that Fluvoxamine 50 mg is expensive medicine for me and I can afford it but I can afford clomipramine.I tell this problem to my psychiatrist but he did not agree with me .So I decided to take more dose of clomipramine and less dose of Fluvoxamine... So I am taking now clomipramine 37.5mg 1-0-1 and Fluvoxamine 25 0-0-1. Is clomipramine is toxic on overdose???

I have OCD psychiatric illness since childhood now iam 29 I took treatment from psychiatric for almost a year and I feel well somewhat but as I stop medication soon I gone to earlier conditions...I have first started treatment in 2013 where I continue for 6 months and again many tin 2018 I aime for shorter duration...but with this how could one can manage his life with other problems also like general health, financial struggle, family problems etc...if there is a complete treatment for this is available if it could be of 3 year long I can manage but it should not return than only

Sir which combination is stronger for OCD Fluvoxamine + clomipramine Or Lexapro + clomipramine ... What will be your first choice.

I've had a a personal loss 2 months ago and also I come from a problematic family. Past few weeks I feel really low, I don't have any hopes in life. I feel I'm useless. I don't want to attend any family functions nor want to be with friends. Just wanted to be alone. I feel I've done something wrong. I have thoughts of death almost everyday wishing to die. I have a tinnitus problem since last 8 years, it goes away when i take oleanz plus tablet and returns back when i stop taking it, doctor says you have to take this medicine for entire life, I want to know how oleanz plus works? Does it suppresses the immune system, because whenever i take this medicine, i urinate irregular, it takes longer than usual for ruination

Yesterday my brain was pushing hard for suicide. I distracted it by talking to my younger brother and a friend abroad. The reason for my suicide is my narcissistic parents who constantly ignore and bully me. My best friend backstabbed me after 10 years of friendship.
