Sleeping issue
I am unable to sleep properly and can only sleep for 3-4 hours daily. I will be working in shifts 2PM-10 PM,6 PM-2AM,10PM-6AM and a week On leave.so for three weeks I will sleep after 2 AM. But from last week I am unable to sleep properly.

Shift work does affect your sleep cycle. Avoid drinks containing caffeine and cigarettes at least 4 hours before you want to sleep

Hii. The different shifts of work can have tremendous effects on sleep architecture. In this case as the shift are changing on weekly basis, it doesn't allow to form a good sleep pattern. And ultimately it's going to affect work as well as emotional state.

You can try tab zolfresh before sleep it will help u out..despite ubr different shifts..it will help u in initiation of sleep and only give 6 hours sleep...
