I am unable to sleep properly and can only sleep for 3-4 hours daily. I will be working in shifts 2PM-10 PM,6 PM-2AM,10PM-6AM and a week On leave.so for three weeks I will sleep after 2 AM. But from last week I am unable to sleep properly.

The different shifts of work can have tremendous effects on sleep architecture. In this case as the shift are changing on weekly basis, it doesn't allow to form a good sleep pattern. And ultimately it's going to affect work as well as emotional state.
