Fear of separation make me always cry whole day,not able to eat even not able to smile.just to stop overtging just help me out

Hi Iam nandini from past two days iam under treatment for mild symptoms of covid though tested negative Whenever I go to clinic or hospital I get easily panicked and heart'rate increases all of sudden making difficult to breathe properly Please suggest how I can overcome this issue and to keep my mind free is this phobia please help

Hi Sir/Madam, I recently got engaged to someone through an arrange setup. We talked for around 4-5 months before we made the decision and I knew she had a relationship in the past. Post our engagement, we decided to get physically intimate and booked a hotel room. While we were making love, she went very low after a moment and seemed just in a different thought being zoned out. A broad guy with big chest, biceps and six pack abs and I was very different to that body type. While I listened her very patiently at that moment and we made love post that. I am currently on medication of Severe depression and ADD my prescription is as below Rexipra 15 ( 1 tab morning) Axepta 25 ( 1 tab morning) Amitryptyline 10 ( 1 tab night) Clonazepam 0.25 mg ( 1 tab night) Since last 2 days I have cold, dry cough,yellow Phelgm, Shortness in breathe while lying down on bed in night, Headache. Can I take ayurveda treatment along with these medicine??

My brother was covid positive last to last week. Due to his dropping oxygen 88-90, he was admitted to hospital. He was discharged after a week and is under home isolation. His oxygen ranges between 92-96. He was facing constipation but got relieved from it. He is having sleep issues since the discharge from hospital. He is not able to sleep and having back pain since 2 days. What can be done to resolve the sleep issue?

Actually i am consumed drugs for 4months completely and i just want to quit no matter what i tried evrything to withdrawal but i can't i even can't control my eagerness. Seriously i just want to consult as soon as possible😞 so can any1 helped out i tried to buy some of withdrawal capsules but they don't allowed me to buy. And i dont want to go somewhere evn in my room feeling bored always, i cnt evn talked if they want me to talked i am liked coward full off anger so pliz helped out🙏🙏 i cnt cntrol my mind.

Having anxiety since yesterday as one of my dear friend is on ventilator due to coronavirus.My hands n feet r sweating..there is no pain in my chest but my heart is beating fast.

I taken ECT treatment for two session .know I .am good my depression gone. Is it possible again come depression . Or not please tell me sir / Medam
