I never feel to do any work & feel that I can't do anything . I don't get any interest at any field.am a optometrist & doing job on it for last 1 year, but now I left that job I feel bored all the time now I am at my home I have an unhealthy relationship with my boyfriend . I never got energy for any work . what I need to do.

When did you stop working? Work was part of your daily routine and now you need to occupy the time. Try to have structure to your day. Regular exercise, hobbies, doing things which makes you feel relaxed and happy. How is your sleep ? Keep a mood dairy. Do you suffer from any physical health issues? Elaborate on unhealthy relationship.

Pls do consult with a Psychiatrist to see whether you suffer from any depressive disorder .It is a treatable condition. Otherwise the doctor will take you through / refer for psychological treatment( therapy).
