I fear and worry too much when i think about anything and after that  something happen in my stomach like (butterfly in stomach) it started in feb 2021 when i cant sleep and my heartbeat raised so i start overthinking about it and i cant sleep at all but after that i controlled myself, but sometimes when i am happy i suddenly started Felling that my heartbeat is raising and other stuff. When i see someone ill ,i also start thinking ' its going to happen with me " and it gives me fear. Please help me .

Hi during tough times I had helped family financially till brother and sister marriage is settled for about 12 years. Now all are settled financially and familywise. My father is above the age of 72 having diabetes and high BP. He always gets into a temper for small reasons. With families and outsiders. Is this issue related to the above reasons. Or could their be any other reason. He stays at home mostly alone. As others work. Activity at home is the tv. Is their any connection with depression? He wants things to be done his way.
