I have anxiety and depresion I taken 4 ECT treatment .but I recover I continue with antidepresion tablet but I  started anxiety again . But I don't know whether tablet working me or not please say sir Medam

I am suffering from headache from about last 6 days. The situation is getting worst. Is it because of cough? Even crying , or head movement gives pain in my head . Is it normal?

I was a chain smoker (15+ cigarette/day) from last 5 years. Also, got into daily addiction of weed from last 3 years. Finally, I've taken a step to quit both and I am sure I won't go back to them. I have good will power and I used to be a sportsman. It's been 3 weeks and I've not taken any substance. I am also not taking any replacement therapy. I am on my own and going cold turkey. Also, have been working out for half an hour daily and trying to keep up with hydration levels. Still I feel withdrawl symptoms. I have coughing and blackish phelgm. Also, my sleep cycle has disturbed. I don't feel energetic. My stomach and body aches at times but it's bearable. Anger level is high but manageable. My questions are : How long it might take for physical symptoms to go? Do I need any medication or should see a doctor? Is will power and healthy lifestyle enough?

Unable to sleep due to anxiety from covid positive it's been 13 from the onset off symptoms and they are not there now after medication for 14 days but I couldn't sleep at night

Kindly suggest medications for relieving from stress followed by temporomandibular joint pain. Its been a month I'm suffering.

And I just can't cope with it. Please tell me what to do about it as I didn't got any medicine before because I thought every medicine has its side effects but now I don't know what to do...PLEASE HELP!!
