Sir now as days lockdown is going in our city. Whenever I hear anything about COVID news my heart feels heavy ,I  get instant headache which last for 2-3 hrs and feels panic. What should I do to avoid these ?? Right now I'm also under medication of these medications: 1. Thioril 10 2. Phnergen 25 3. Olimelt 2.5

He has been saying "I couldn't do anything and I'm feeling low". But based on my observation he is physically good and active but he is always lying down and thinking something when he is not engaged in any works. He couldn't be happy. He don't even want to divert himself by TV, newspapers, walking. Could you please give us any suggestions?

Sir/mam I have travelled several times in plane but everytime I experience worst kind of anxiety during flight.Tomorrow is my flight to Delhi and I am.feeling anxiety for that how to cope with that is there any medication available to.cope with fear of flying.

My mother is 58 year old and diabetic and she kept complaining that something keep coming out from her nose ( just like white powder) and she kept cleaning that portion of nose. Previously I had consulted  general physician and he said this is problem of depression and anxiety. He prescribed Panazep LS 2 time in 2 month. But there is no improvement. What should I do ?. I am all time speaking in my mind continuesly. I don't want to talk to anyone and just want to be alone all the time. I have started hating people. Feeling like something is being lost and there is something I am loosing but I don't know what it is. I don't feel like doing anything just sit in a calm place alonely. There is something happening inside me but I don't know what it is. I want to cry loud because I feel I the reason behind everyone problem and because of that I have started hating myself.

I am taking Modafinil 100mg since a month one dose daily before breakfast. I am in middle of Root Canal Treatment. After taking same medication I started having very bad  irritation on mouth near the RCT area. It is tooth abessces development below teeth when I see it it's like pimple like limb coming out of gum below tooth that is abessces I think. Why it is advisable to not take Modafinil during dental procedure/surgery? Shall I stop taking Modafinil as it resolves my underlying tooth issue? Or how to stop this abessces development completely?

Can i take ayurvedic medicine that contains self generated alcohol up to 12% with medicine escitalopram
