I am not able to sleep fast when i lay in bed it takes me around 1-2 hours to sleep in don't know why this is happening and yesterday i slept at 1 but i couldn't sleep till 5 am and this happens mostly but after sleeping i sleep well i just cant get into sleep easily im really annoyed by this i even took a pill yesterday to sleep im 16 yr old male. any solutions? Plz. thank you.

I m taking nexito 10 alongwith Clonazepam 0.5 mg daily. Can i use ashwagandha tablets alongwith my regular medicine. I am also taking BP medicine. My BP in control. Kindly suggest whether I should take the same Or not. Also advice whether ashwagandha causes gastric issues.

I am an atopic individual and after getting to know that I've have become extra careful about my health. I've the tendencies to get allergic rhinitis and allergic dermatitis so I've become more careful. But past few days I've started to fear about it. I constantly worry about it whether I might get an allergic reaction so I started cleaning my room and my house and try to make it spotless I keep cleaning my house out of the fear hoping that I don't fall sick. Is it a normal behaviour or is it something unusual? And if I don't clean I feel I'm sure to get an allergic reaction. So is it something to worry about?

I got vaccinated today and I took dolo 650. I'm going to take one at night as well. I was wondering if I can still take my Stalopam lite dose at night, or should i skip my dose today?

I always afraid of dying. my heart beats are faster any time in a day mostly in nights. I have chest pain all the time. Some time i feel nausea and dizziness too.
