From last 4,5 years my weight is not increasing nd my body is becoming more weak,I can't sleep well at night , loosing my confidence as a male with skinny body ,I have almost zero fat now my muscle weight is also start loosing 🙏Please help

General Anxiety Disorder and mild depress feeling. Consulted a doctor and taking medicines Meltolan 2.5 (1/2) REXIPRA 15 (1) MELZAP MD 0.25 (1) D-VENTOR (1) NUBRUS (1) RIBOTAG DSR(1) all per day basis. Initially feeling a bit dizzy and loose motions but now it's fine. After telling doctor these side effects he suggest me to continue the medicines. Just to double sure am I going in right direction as per prescribed medicines. Please respond. Thanks

I am suffering from severe depression post marriage. Depression lingers over time and I am facing it since last 6-7 years. I don't stay happy at all. Nothing keeps me happy. Feeling very suicidal these days.

I am not able to sleep fast when i lay in bed it takes me around 1-2 hours to sleep in don't know why this is happening and yesterday i slept at 1 but i couldn't sleep till 5 am and this happens mostly but after sleeping i sleep well i just cant get into sleep easily im really annoyed by this i even took a pill yesterday to sleep im 16 yr old male. any solutions? I m taking nexito 10 alongwith Clonazepam 0.5 mg daily. Can i use ashwagandha tablets alongwith my regular medicine. I am also taking BP medicine. My BP in control. Kindly suggest whether I should take the same Or not. Also advice whether ashwagandha causes gastric issues.
