Respected Doctor In my life I never thought to come across in this phase I had lost my interest in almost anything I don't get sleep at all when I try to sleep all my day to day scenarios come in my mind I am not happy with my fiancee although he love me a lot but still I get irritated now I am at that stage that I don't even want to get married I am running back although our wedding is fixed on Feb 2022 I just want to be along and to be honest I have lost interest in all sort of physical contact with my fiancee I am into a habit of drinking alcohol almost everyday but still I can't sleep my parent don't know all this bcse I never showed up to them I always predent to be very happy in front of them but deep inside me I am all alone pls suggest me something orelse I know I am turning up into a very bad stage in my life I want to be happy I want to get peacefull sleep but I can't pls help me Thanking you Dipanchy kalita

I feel a very deep pain in my heart even a slight issue can trigger my anger and after that I loose control on myself I fail to have control over my tongue and at that point of time, I feel like harming and killing myself. I don't even feel fear of hurting myself. At such episodes, I feel senseless in area between my mouth and nose and my whole body turns senseless. Kindly suggest

I don't know it never happened to me but this time i can something is wrong with me... I feel like I'm under depression or kind of stress need some help and consultation.

Respected doctors, I'm currently taking medicines for depression 1) OXVUN 50 - 1/2 tblt 2) Lithic SR 400 - 1 at night only. I took different medicines over past 5 years and was feeling good. This medicine changed recently on last week i feel this medicine is changed my mood worst. Yesterday while sleeping i suddenly waked up hearing noise in dream. After that i got panic and fear that it will come again. Even not slept till 3 AM after that slept. Today im getting fear and depression and tired from morning. Not sure why. Requesting anyone to please help me by sharing the input. Thanks

Post covid, My mother is going through depression. She had fever during covid and her fever went to her mind, she is going through depression and she felling uneziness and not able to concentrate the thing.She feel like things are not same as previously.

Since last year I m really depressed about everything around I m not happy ,always restless, always angry, less communicating less socialising I am scared , also suffering from numbness , always crying over small things finding reasons to be sad, guilt over each smile. I need help to overcome this and want to start my career because of these problems I am only stressing over my career and not working for it

Hello Doctor, It's been one month we are recovered from mild covid, and after that I'm having irregular heartbeat and now I see low bp. 90/60 . My weight is 47. I was breastfeeding feeding 1.4 months old baby, but after covid I stopped to take medicine. My bp goes 87/57 sometimes. I'm not sure why, I have slight headache, sometimes I feel stiffness, and feel very low and I had been to gastroenterology doctor as I had history of HPYLORI from past one yr , with gerd, chronic non-atropic gastritis. And I'm on Ganaton total medicine in the morning and now in the evening to sompraz. Doctor asked me to contact psychiatrist as he says I'm on anexity. And currently given some sleeping tablet and nexito plus for 20 days. I feel very low and my bp hasn't improved. Shld I need any immediate attention to doctor or will I vil able to recover with home food , exercise etc?pls advise. regards Ashwini
