Maladaptive daydreaming
I have maladaptive daydreaming. I am on medications sertraline 100 mg and olanzapine 5 mg daily at night. Initially these medications work. But after 5 months, it stopped working. What should i do? I have tried many SSRIs and antipsychotics, but they failed. I have heared that only fluvoxamine works in case of daydreaming. Is it right? What is your opinion?
