Maladaptive daydreaming
I have all the symptoms of mal adaptive daydreaming. I just can't stop daydreaming all the time. It has adversely affected my studies and also the day to day life.

Hello....... It might be related to your childhood emotional neglect, bullying or any type of abuse that motivates person to divert from the threatening world.... So person create his own world and finds himself within it.... I don't know how long you have been like this, but this would affect your academic, interpersonal relationship, You should try to come out of it. Mingle with friends and parents, talk to them, Do activities which needs high alertness.
