Sir/madam, i am having some real problems with my anxiety. Its getting bad day by day. Whenver i go outside of my house say to a market i sweat a lot, i get panic attacks whenever i need to talk to someone and the panic attacks are even worse if i need to confront someone. I also have the habit of keep thinking about past events or someone if they act rudely to me.I dont know why is this my ego or something else. i get hurt real easily. My confidence level is also very low. i also have social phobia/anxiety.
