From last one week, I'm taking too much stress due to some relationship issues. So many bad thing coming to my mind. I want to get rid of this

Hi, I'm taking Nex20 for 3 years with some relief  and des 200 for 10 days. Dosage was increased from 150 to max 200. Doctor told me that if in 15 days  it wouldn't work I will reduce it. I want to know that why is ot said that it takes 4-6 weeks for antidepressants to show effect If after 20 days mostly doctors change the dose or medicine if it doesn't work. Is the 4 week period only when new meds are started. Plz answer in a bit detail

My head feels heavy and stressed at bottom side ,left side and the  junction between it.My finger pains too.When i read my nerve gets stressed. I have taken arip mt 2 ,serta 100 and zapiz 0.25 but no effect

Iam taking zaporil 12.5 for mood disorder after taking medicine I got joint pain is these side effects go away on its own within two weeks or it is a life long side effect???

From few days ..I don't know what happened to my uncle his behavior is totally different..he say that somebody or any colleagues are calling him and he started walking even while in sleep .he don't even have food he only pretend that he had ...but in reality he didn't...and he himself don't know what is he doing ...please tell me that what kind of disease it is ...and how can it be cured 😔

I taken 4 ECT treatment my depresion and anxiety lift. Is ECT treatment permanent or temporary please say sir / Medam

My mother and I was having a small fight which is basically on disagreements and it always happens and then after it things sorts out. But this time things got a little out of hand my father got in between and he started throwing stuff Breaking everything And my mom got so scared that she almost fainted shivering I felt it as it was panic attack As she was in fear she was not able to talk properly and breath so we all started rubbing her hands and ask her to take deep breathes she took while to be normal then again it started sayin what all just happened and then i called my physician told him that she is having this issue he asked her lie and keep legs upside with the help of wall. this happened 4 times. My father has this issue of anger it had happen in past also bt my mother never got in this state and every time he feel sorry plus this time he too is in shock. They did talk afterwards he cried both took out what he felt she felt but still they are not okey feels terrible.

Sir I got diagonised with anxiety disorder on August 17 2020. Since then I visited a psychiatrist and he gave me medicine 1. Thioril 10 2. Phnergen 25 3. Olimelt 2.5 I'm taking these medicines since September 25 2020. Right now I'm also taking these medicines. I have recovered aroung 60-70% after taking these medicines. How long will it take to recover completely from GAD ???

Some times when he is denied for TV, Mobile etc or stopped from doing some thing he likes to do most he becomes too aggressive to handle. Some times hits the person who is ever stops him, throws away things like phone iPad etc. Always says to parents and or grand parents that you are responsible for whatever has gone wrong. Always argues illogically and aggressively. Otherwise he is normal at studies and all, very clever also has great reasoning, we are worried to see his aggressive and violent behaviour. Please advise how to tackle.
