Hi, I am a PTSD patient last 26 yrs. In the year of 2018 I consulted with doctor and I was advised to intake gabapin 300, alzolam 1mg and many more medicines. I stopped taking those suddenly post 2020 March. After a year now I am again experiencing those attacks .. Pls advice ..

I have been angry over something for more than two weeks now. I'm irritated annoyed and do not want human contact. But I do regret hurting anyone afterwards and that is the problem, feeling guilty for the trouble I cause, what do I do?
