I am confused is it my addiction to the internet or mobile something else..how much stress I can be and anxiety also depends on how fast the internet connection is. .I have the urge to use internet most of the times. . What is happening. Am I going mad.. It happens every time am on my wifi.

Is it essential for your job to use internet? If it’s part of your job you need to get your vision checked. Anybody in your family suffers from migraine? How long the headache losts for? Nature of headache? Did you recover from any physical illness recently? It could be tension headache . Excess use of mobile/addiction may be making you anxious. Try to cut down the time of mobile use. Have structure to your day. Regular exercises. Cut down on coffee.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for further assessment and advise. You can consult with me through Practo.

Unilateral headaches can be because of migraine, cluster headache or other types. These may get worsen when you spend time on screen and also because of anxiety. You may need medicines for treatment of anxiety and headache as well.

You r the best judge of your life. If u think u have an issue then u may consult a psychiatrist. And if you think you don’t have an issue and still want some relief ... then take off the Wi-Fi completely. Either way u win over your anxiety on the long term.
