Mentally feeling very weird
I have been facing periods of highs without any valid reason and it has led to problems like excessive spending, racing thoughts and out of character behaviour. After this period ends, it's like I am feeling worthless and hollowed out, devoid of emotions, again without any valid reason or explanation. I am not stressed, and everything around me is great, hence why I said without valid reason. This has been going on for years but I don't know whether if it's normal or not.
