What you are going through are coherent with mixed Depression with Anxiety and occassion of panic attacks ( in your case with long breathes , nervousness and giggles). The assessment is the degree of lacunae you feel due to your relationship and the ways it hampers your day to day activities. Provided these are presenting symptoms and have major effect on ur focus and attention span. What you are going through is definitely difficult. But appropriate psychopharmacological intervention and counselling would help.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist , take treatment and start with counselling sessions.
Health Tips
you need to learn about relaxation techniques and ways to counter your grief. it takes due time but is treatable.

What you are experiencing is called grief where in you feel angry, sad ,anxious, depressed etc. It is inevitable that you go through the experience to finally come to acceptance. Just allow the process to happen without reacting to the events . You will eventually come into terms with that . You would have thought through the situation and have taken the decision after weighing pros and cons Just be socially active, talk to a confidant , and try to focus on your life. If you still need help, contact pls for consultation
