Low concentration in all activities
Dear Doctor, My daughter Kavya doesn't have interest in any activities neither studies nor any sports/ activities. She is now in 4th standard but does not know syllabus of 2 standard. She is not serious in life neither studies or any activities. She is falling behind compared to other friends of her. She does not listen to us. She must have some psychiatric issue I think and need to see a doctor for her.

Child mental health issues are a little more difficult to understand and they are not straight forward in many occassions. Definitely need more history to comment on the issue ... her concentration level, her teachers feedback as to why she was not able to study, ability to understand general things in life etc
Next Steps
You need to consult a Psychiatrist, preferably a child Psychiatrist
