Hello Doctor, Hope all is well I'm a post Covid patient, Post Covid I was suffering with the anxiety and depression. It become controlled and again started. The question is I'm working night shifts 6 30 pm to 3 30am but sleeping more than 8 hours in the morning, still it triggers the anxiety and depression, If not what may be the reason for anxiety and depression? Please let me know. How to reduce anxiety and depression permanently?

Is it safe to take propranolol in anxiety? Does it cause any problem to heart? Is it safe for long term use and can be stopped when required?

Hi I have been taking Clonazepam 0.5 MG + Escitalopram 10 mg for last 5 years for Panic Attack & anxiety. Presently I dont have any such problem and want to stop the medication. Kindly advise how can I tapered off the medicine.

Hi I am facing anxiety and overthinking issue. As a professional I am extremely good performer. But I don't know for what reason whenever I have to face any interview, I got nervous and not able to give satisfactory answers. I have the knowledge, skills, experience everything but when it comes to actually performance I am not able to do justice to my potential. My attitude towards everything is positive and for interviews too I start preparing well in advance. Kindly assist and make me understand why is it so and what I have to do to overcome this obstacle.

I am getting very panic and anxiety in public functions and parties. My hands and legs are shivering during that time. Even I can't cut cake in my birthday .very shaky . I can't hold the cup of tea or coffee. Will Rivotril 0.5mg tablet help me ? Can I take this in public functions? Pls suggest..

Iam started paxidep 12.5 for two weeks and 25 mg for one week till today with prescription of psychiatrist for stress, anxiety and panic symptoms but I have no heart related issues or normal ecg pattern on multiple ecgs before taking paxidep . Currently after taking this paxidep some times a mild upper left chest pain that comes and go within 1- 2 minutes sometimes . Can I continue or stop the medicine ?
