I don't want to take lithium medicine so is there any medicine which is good for fast heart beat midnight, mild anxiety and fight n flight hormone treatment... No health problem just that's it... So that I can take personal consultation Thank you

I have some memories that I would like to let go of but I find it hard to separate myself from them. It makes me angry but I cannot express it. I feel like the anger eats me from within and makes me feel even more helpless. My injuries sometimes give me a feeling that I am useless. Sometimes I just lie on my bed the whole day because of helplessness. I find it hard to trust people. I would like some sort of advice on what I can do or who I can approach. Please respond to this. Dr i am taking paroxitine cr 25 mg zapiz 1mg & netrozepam 5mg.i am suffering from dep anx from last 21 years ..before this i'll taken depran 20...since last 1 month when i take  depran my nose closed at night,and i take nesal drop at night daily,but when dr change my med from depran to paroxitine,my synes problm is gone,what are these side effect frm depran i cant understand,depran is good med for me,but due to this reason dr change my med,pls dr suggest me which is good med for me depran or paroxitine..thanking you Dr
