To reduce anxiety, PMR is a very tested & tried exercise. I am sending over some links for various exercises which help reduce anxiety. It would be wonderful if you can simultaneously take professional help in identification & working on the thought patterns which are creating anxiety.
PMR - Progressive Muscle Relaxation. The most tested & tried exercise which has wonderful results when done regularly. The score of self rating needs to be kept in order to see the progress made. It is mandatory to do it twice a day for bet results. Total of 4 scores are there - Morning - Before PMR & After PMR | Evening - Before PMR & After PMR. The score is a self rating on on a 10 point scale where 0 is absence of anxiety or stress and 10 is highest anxiety or stress ever experienced. You have to only close the eyes and ask yourself before doing the PMR exercise that how do I feel on a 10 point score. Write that score down. Similarly ask yourself the same question after doing the PMR.

Next Steps
Start with working on thoughts. Take private consultation.
Panic attacks are a part of cardiac neurosis meaning it is a disease wherein the brain makes you think there is something wrong with your heart. We have to deal with our reactions to changes in our body in these cases. There are techniques to deal with it like Progressive Deep Muscle Relaxation (available on Youtube) and medicines if required.
