I am taking Escitalopram 5mg after breakfast and clonezepam 0.5mg at bed time so, how long will take to these medicine will start show it's effects??

Does long term use of schizophrenia medicine cause Tardive dyskinesia? How to deal with it ? Will antipsychotic drugs cause Alzheimer's? What should be avoided when taking medicine?

I want to get a therapist consultation but one who doesn't prescribe medicines. I don't want medicines at all. How should I search for such therapist?

I'm in anxiety problm and having fear to take covid vaccine like any serious health prblm will occur like breathing issue or heart related pls someone clarify shall I have my vaccine today?

I get severe headache before any interview and test and mostly I cannot perform well. And before the exam also I feel extremely anxious that I can't do anything not even studying and rating.

My brother is having severe alcohol additction issue as he used to drink whole day and night and also fully destroyed his health. Its been 3 years he is having this addiction and he never confronts us his problems, may be he is in depression but always denies. We try talking to him in day time he never tell his problems and say he is fine and in the evening he used to be fully drunk. After so much pressure if he did not drink for 2 - 3 days then fourth day he again start drinking. Please help on this or suggest us.
