She keeps fighting with all family members all day on a very little issues .She feels like everyone wants her harm and now this condition has got worsen as she banged her head,presses her throat to scare everyone. It feels like hell to live with her on the same roof.

My body heats up whenever I try to read, learn and memorise something. It feels like my mind wants to resist registering new information. I'm sick of asking about this to everyone. Have u seen this symptom in anyone. I get very common answer from docs that ,it can become alright, we will change meds, what meds u r on?Ans: I have taken all. Done all blood tests, taken therapy. Anything that can be done now. Anyone who has a patient like this. My inability to learn easily is costing my career. Help me otherwise suicide is the only option left for me. Plz🙏

Always get frustrated and irritated whenever anyone talks to me. Don't want to talk to anyone. I get annoyed if anyone talks to me. Having continuous headache on the left side and there is also swelling when headache starts. Want to cry suddenly without any reason, sometimes feels breathless and increased heartbeat rate. Having continuous suicidal thought. Always planning to commit suicide. Always feels like mobile is vibrating as if mobile is in pocket although it is not there. Mobile us always on silent mode still feels like vibrating. What is it? Why am I facing these ?

I was 8 months on escitalopram and last 3 months flunil 20 mg .so my question is that as this medicine decrease cortisol. So these medicine cause very low cortisol.as low cortisol is dangerous.should I check my cortisol levels . please suggest

As escitalopram decrease cortisol levels in the body .can it decrease cortisol to very low .I m worried . please suggest something.i feel I have low cortisol symptoms in me after these medicine

I am male age 38, height 172 cm. Weight 03 kg. Worked in police department for 3 years. But now I am a Bank staff (past 8 years). I am naturally a free thinking person, I don't do anything for the other persons command, I will do what is good for me. But for the past 14 months I feel that I am addiction for alcohol. And I can't able to overcome in that. I am a tobacco user for the past 17 years. Mental reason is I lost my mom, unmarried close sister, and my twins boy baby in 2019. I lost my dad when I was 2 years old. After that I become uncontrollable addition to alcohol. And using tobacco for constipation problem and small level of tobacco for work pressure. I want to give a come back. Clean and neat person. I am a good football player , and body building person. My wife know everything about me, I am trying to recover, but I can't. I need some special help.

I have these irrational thought about germs like i was in a railway station and i fell down and touch the ground with my hand . Is thrre something to worrry about.
