Hello doc, I was in a relationship with a guy since last 2 years.. before I accptd his proposal he tried confessing his love to me for almost a year. Aftr I came in rltnshp with the guy he used to cheat at me with his ex evry now and then. I forgived him several times as I love him alot. But even aftr 2.5 years today, I again found some chats of him and his ex ! I cried bdly but now it feels like as if I am habitual of this bhvr of his. What should I do ? Like I literally didn't react anythng aftr knowing everythng. I feel like dead inside like there is nothng left to be understood now. On askng him of the reason why he do say he alwys says I feel guilty about leavng her, and thts the reason he messags her. Do he really love me ? We were about to tell our parents about each other. Should I not ? Should I give him another chnc ? Is he still in love with that girl ? What should I do now ? I feel stucked. Badly stucked. I want to get out of all this asap now,

Recently visited Dr for anxiety and sleep problems. Dr prescribed nexito for this problems. Can nexito improve sleep problems.

I am taking s celepra 10 since 4 month.i hv no issue now. can I stop taking it or should I taper it .plz suggest

My brother fiend recently died in blood cancer so that fear got stuck up in my brother head that he also can get cancer and started scaring a lot for which he stopped eating much one month back and that reduced his weight from 56 to 51 which is not got stuck he has been 75% out of his thoughts but still his weight is not increasing

Hi This is for my friend working with me. I found her depressed recently when I asked what is the problem I came to know she was been got married in her very early age without her willingness because of that she got very disappointed and she even tried to run from home and even tried for suicide and her marriage life was also not that happy till 4 years .she got 2 obortion in this 4 years after that 1 boy baby was born she love her son so much but she is not normal with her husband now her husband is trying to impress her in all ways but she is not able to forget her past and come over it . She wanted to be normal with her husband because he loves her so much and he is guilty for what had happened previously but she is unable to when ever she wanted too her all past flashes in front of her eyes and she goes back to her sadness from past 1 week she is unable to come out of it she is getting suicidal thoughts. I know she require medical help but as of now anything I can do.

I have panic disorder..but recently due to workout I have little stiffness on my left shoulder.It does not cause pain or sweeling.But I can feel something is wrong.During alone time I can also feel some vibration feeling near my heart.Not sure if it's heart issue,shoulder or panic.I am still comfortable doing workout and not panic attack has occurred
