Withdrawal of antidepressants
I'm diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. I am taking antidepressants. Now I've made my mind to completely stop medications. Is it OK to suddenly stop taking tablet?

No its not ok to stop the medicines on your own because there are high chances of relapse once you stop the medicines on your own! The treatment is done basically in 3 stages 1) response : when you start getting response from the therapy 2) remission : where the patient feels asymptomatic and is almost fine 3)recovery : after remission is completed for 3-6 months and patient is asymptomatic then he is said to recover and the medicines are tapered down
