Hello sir/mam I am taking escitalopram 10 (1-0-1) Yesterday my doctor added mirtazapine 15mg but I am afraid that taking 2 antidepressants cause serotonin syndrome, please suggest me can I start mirtaz 15?

Don't worry. Trust your doctor. Sometime,  2 or more antidepressants are needed. Serotonin syndrome is very very rare.
