Can i take clonafit 0.5 mg since am already taking antiretroviral for hiv? Is there any drug interference/interaction

I am having restless sleep from past 2 years, I keep watching videos on mobile till very late at night and due to that I can't awake with fresh mind in day. From few weeks I am losing intrest over food also due to this I feel like constipated. I ignore my work also just to watch video or do something else. I don't find anything exciting sometimes some things I do find exciting but then after sometime I loose my interest on that work. I over think sometimes and too for hours and I enjoy that because I make some stories in that. I don't know if this all are symptoms or I am suffering from something else. Please guide if you find any symptoms so that I need to consult doctor for therapy. Thanks

I already have blood pressure issue. I just started low dose of venlafaxine 37.5 mg for anxiety disorder. But after having it , i had burning sensation. So i checked my bp and it was 150/100. So should i continue it for few more days to see if it settles down or leave it ?
