I have been having depression anxiety for some time now. I was recommended to take healthy nutrients like juice etc. So added it in my daily routine. But after sometime i started to notice that anxiety symptoms start to show up as soon as i drink juice. Is my finding correct or is it something else. I have also online that sugary and sweet drinks like juice can trigger anxiety.
