Hi I have been taking SSRI for more than 6 months. My wt has increased by 8 kgs in these months and especially in last 2 months most of the increase after starting Escitalopram oxalate 10 Aripiprazole 2.5 . I drink water 3 Lts. Anything else I can do ?

Overthinks a lot..has problem in doing any kind of study ..lack of interest in any activity..sudden outbursts

I forgot to mention before , so i am posting this question again. I have been prescribed rexipra 10 and veniz cr 75mg for anxiety disorder. I have sleep maintenance insomnia also. So, which one would be better to take in the morning and which one at night time?

My mind is taking long time to think work ...what is the cause behind this? Feeling low confidence...is it stress?

I dont feel like talking with anyone in family, even my husband. Start crying when alone. Even sleeping for the last 12 days, I need to cry so that eyes get pained and can sleep. I dont want to watch TV, infact dont want to do nything. I am trying to motivate myself but as soon as close eyes or even 5 min alone, start having eyes pain and crying. Dont know what to do. I am going to office under pretense and keep myself busy. My mood gets so fluctuated nd everything comes out on children. Thank you and regards

I dont know what i m saying half of the time about things i dont remember it i forgot it easily than i dont know maybe i lie or what i have also tried to suicide and i just lie about things so frequently tht i myself dont remember like how when i was in 9 th grade i got a panic attack or maybe a bp fluctuation i dont remember all i remember is people rubbing my feet and my hands and my teachers yelling dont let her hands or feets go cold i dont remember much about most of the times my head has been hurting for 2 or 3 years now and it hurts like hell.

Please explain me about subclinical depression as I'm diagnosed for it. I don't feel like taking classes due to lack of interest and also i feel less confident and I think that others are better performers than me. I really want to go to an institute to learn Spanish but I don't have the confidence. I think I'm more into my comfort zone which is not good for me. Please tell me what can I do. Should I wait for my condition to improve? Or should I take classes instead?

Have been prescribed veniz xr 75mg for anxiety disorder. I also have sleep disturbances. Is it better to take veniz xr 75mg at night or in the morning?

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from depression since last 5 years and not able to get rid of it. I have been facing anxiety issues lately and being socially awkward and I think that might be a threat to my real personality. I am not able to conquer my real self and everytime I think of being myself, anxiety takes over and my mind goes in a different direction. I am not able to process what's happening inside my mind and I really need your help. Kindly help me through this and I would be grateful for your effort.

I was a very outgoing person had been traveling, meeting people and have been exposed to different life situations. Now for about 9 months, I have this constant fear when I am in a public place.. I feel things around me is shaky.. I feel I'm too much focused on the thing right front of me. I did tend to avoid situations, but now I forcefully get along with the situation.. i am able to handle things but I can't do it with ease..things like going out to meeting or am event is worrying me, but I do attend them. I am anxious about those little things I did with much happiness, like going out with friends or having a team outing.
