I am having sleeping problem my doctor advised me Nexito 5 and Lonazep 0.25 for 10 days after completion of course again I am not able to sleep moreover there is constipation while taking the medicine. Please suggest as I don't want to depent on medicines

Hello I have anxiety problem 1 I am shy from childhood and in childhood I don't like to go anywhere 2 I feel anxious before talking with new people , before going to new place and I am Normal if I go any place or meeting someone regular 3 in adult time I go to many places and 4 I feel nervous before going anywhere or meeting with someone 5 I feel not nervous in public places and gathering 6 I think if I go what to talk and how to talk 7 my heart says go and enjoy life but mind not allow so I can say 50-50 So tell me exact problem and type of anxiety

I am facing some intrusive thought which is obsessive that leads to panic attacks I consult a pschyiatrist he prescribed sertralin 25 mg last 5 days before with propanolol 40 mg and health supplements but still I experienced that thought with anxiety wht to do pls guide me

I'm really frustrated to the point of leaving my home for maybe a sanyas. Both my wife and mom have a bad side and a good side but both of them don't want to settle for a solution. I can't see my family fighting always. I can't build a good relationship between both of them. I am really feeling helpless. I keep crying all night and then thoughts of suicide come to my mind. Endoscopy result says mucosal prolapse and antral erythema and they told me that this is very normal and suggested me to take NEXPRO and Anxit tablets... For the last one month I am on medication and still the Palpitations didn't reduce... Am getting more and more restless particularly while travelling... This time approached a different Dr and I was on holter monitor for the nearly three days and again everything was normal... Now I was referred to a Psychiatrist... After listening to the problems she suggested me nexito forte in the night and frisium in the morning... But still there is a pain in my ribs and bloating... Is it ok to consult a ortho or pulmonologist while on psychiatric medications???
