From the time i experience a sudden wakeup from initial stage of sleep, i feel anxious, left chest pain and heart palpitations but no pain during activity and during sleep, i am using clonazepam, propanolol and paroxetine from 10 days. Feeling little bit better after using medicine and the problem is not cured completely, i still feel anxious and heart palpitations even though the heart rate is normal. Please suggest the best treatment.

I'm working in IT and I run a business part time. My meetings goes till 11:30pm. Recently I have seen that I'm unable to sleep at night. I sleep early in the morning after 3 or 3:30 am. I'm not able to compensate the sleep the next day also. I feel my biological cycle is so messed up. No matter how hard I try to sleep early I'm unable to. If I sleep early around 10pm I get up after 3 hours of sleep around 1am and stay awake till 4am, but then sleep till 12pm. I'm feeling so frustrated because of this. Kindly help me to regulate my sleep schedule.

Like if I switch off gas.. and someone ask me did u off the gas.. then I start assuming whether I switch off it or not... And I start getting nervous like fast heart beating .. 4.
