I have been diagnosed by anxiety disorder for past 1.6 year since pandemic. Took medicine till Jul'21 as per doctor advise and stopped it. But last 1 month I'm out of control. Continuous nervousness, fear, body aches, chest pain and jerks while sleeping. Couldn't able to concentrate on work. Took all the test pertains to heart everything normal. Please suggest to overcome anxiety since situation becoming worse.

Which antidepressants is better paroxetine or amitriptyline. my psychiatrist said that paroxetine is better

I have been suffering with the lack of focus and concentration to an extant that it hinders with my day to day life... I'm unable to complete my tasks on time and couldn't focus on anything more that 5 minutes. Due to this i have anxiety and depression. Please help.

मैं पिछले 6 वर्ष से मानसिक स्वास्थ से झुज रहा हूं शुरुआती लक्षणों में मुझे बुख़ार रहता था और घबराहट और पसीना आता था उसके बाद मरने का भय और किसी बड़ी बीमारी होने का भय और उसके बाद मुझे सेक्ससुअल विचार और ये विचार मेरे सबसे करीबी दोस्तों प्रति आते थे जिनसे सबसे ज्यादा लगाव होता था चाहे वो देवी देवता हो पर मै नही चाहता कि ये विचार मेरे दिमाग में आए परंतु में वास्तव में ऐसी कोई क्रिया नही करने वाला परंतु ये विचार लगातार आते जा रहे हैं मैं परेशान हुँ पर मुझे पता नही वास्तव मे मुझे कौन सी बिमारी है कृप्या मुझे बताए

I have been taking Nexito 10 tablets from last two years daily at Night.I was prescribed by heart specialist two years back since i have anxiety issues and it was effecting me.Nexito has helped me immensely in overcoming anxiety.I have tried to stop it for few days but again i start feeling anxiety. Is it ok to continue taking it?Does it have any withdrawl symptom or permanent side effect? Kindly advise..TIA
