How much safe is lurasidone-40mg for bipolar Disorder as I have taken several medicines and nothing has suited me and have faced thousands of side effects..

My name is hamza and i am 26 . My doctor prescribed me paroxetine HCL three years ago for daily. But some times i miss the dose. But then i noticed that if i skip it for 2,3 days then i feel like sometimes i get little electrical like shocks in my head. Is this the side effect or me getting addicted to the medicine? Because i dont want to get addicted to it! I remain normal all the time without the medicine but if i face some problem in daily life any day then i get panic attacks so what should i do ? I have been given 0.25 mg clonazepam once at night and escitalopram 10 mg once at day for 5 days, for anxiety following a rabies exposure ( finger had peeled skin around fingernail and touched cat, took 3 doses of arv on 3rd day after exposure). I am also feeling slight choking sensation in neck (sometimes/ once every 2 -3 days). If i start taking these meds, will all this go away , also will I face withdrawal after 5 days.

Lately I've realized I'm sadistic, that I feel happy when someone's feeling miserable. Not that I love to put them through it but if they hurt me or make me sad I hold on to it and make sure they feel miserable by end of it. I've consciously tried to avoid it from the time I've realized it but somehow has never worked. I want to work on this and get out of it, please help.

Last week, I got anxiety and chest pain . I've undergone  ECG, Echo and TMT . Every test was normal. I am suffering from anxiety attacks from past few days . Doctor gave me Lonazep 0.25 and Nexito 10. Last night , I woke up suddenly, and heart Palpitations started. After few minutes, I got eye blackout for few seconds. Afterwards everything was normal. What could be the reason?

My mother was diagnosed Dysthymia in 2019. She was on paroxetin tablet since then but this year she was diagnosed with ITP. With advice of my psychiatrist we stopped it. But lately she is having extreme low mood ,which might be bcs of steroids she is on. But can we start paxidep again? Is it going to elevate the thrombocytopenia?

Im worrying a lot, stressing a lot due to various things. I'm leading quite a fearful life. I don't sleep till 4-5 in the morning due to physical health issues. When I sleep, I wake up with bad dreams. I fear a lot. I sit in a separate room and don't talk much with even family, I just sit there watch roof and wall almost every time. I suffer a lot mentally. Now I'm even afraid to take doctor consultation. I just don't feel like taking any consultations anymore I'm afraid of Doctors🙃. I'm having health issues for quite some time now and now I have to be forced to visit doctors. Even the doctors I meet in their first visit go on to say I'm negative minded and all( I'm talking not about psychiatrist). I've been taking treatment for depression. But this is not who I am. Who I used to be. Iam behaving pretty weirdly and after some time I feel how could I behave in such way. I don't think this is depression. I'm losing myself. I don't even remember anything, like if i did something or not.

My husband is taking stalopam 10 for 1 week as doctor prescribed because he got severe anxiety. Will stopping this drug after a week will have any withdrawl symptoms also will there be any long term side effects for psychotic medications?
