Shivering, headache, slight chills
Hello experts I have noticed since last year. During night I tend to get excessive drained, slight chills, slight headache and when I sleep and get up this tendency is gone.. is this a problem ? The lvl of getting drained is too much not able to stand still..

Hi, in my opinion you need a systematic physical examination and blood tests to rule out a physical cause for this issue. I will need more detailed history to look at possible physical causes including hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiencies, anemia, drug induced, liver related or diabetes etc. If none of the physical causes are found, then we could look at possibility of psychosomatic or depressive disorders.
