it's important to understand that shivering and fever can sometimes be related to emotional distress, stress, or anxiety. This can be part of the body's physiological response to heightened emotional states. However, it's also crucial to rule out any underlying medical conditions that could be contributing to these symptoms. A thorough assessment by a mental health professional or psychiatrist can help determine if these physical symptoms are primarily related to psychological factors or if there are underlying medical issues. Treatment in this context may involve techniques such as stress management, relaxation exercises, and psychotherapy to address the emotional triggers and manage the physical symptoms. Medication may be considered in cases where anxiety or stress is significantly impacting a person's well-being.Ultimately, a comprehensive evaluation by a mental health expert is necessary to provide an accurate diagnosis and develop an appropriate treatment plan tailored to the individual's needs.
