I am unable to function normally (follow any kind of stable routine) because I'm having thoughts about multiple things constantly. This overthinking is affecting my overall health and adding to work pressure as well.
Iam unable to eat or sleep properly. I'm struggling being alone as well..as thoughts become more intense then. I notice this does not happen much when im around people.
I am stressed about financial issues also. I'm struggling with tinnitus as well. I don't know how to handle so many thoughts at once.
I need help addressing these problems. I want to know if regular counseling will help. I would prefer advice without any medication.
Please advise.
